Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between WeLaunchd (operated by Chris, trading as WeLaunchd, UK) and clients who purchase website builds or monthly care plans.

The website build

• A non-refundable deposit of £99 is required to begin any website build.
• On completion and approval of the site, a single payment link is issued covering the £400 balance and the first month’s care plan (£29). The total first charge on approval is £400 (made up of £371 balance + £29 first month). The £29/month subscription then continues automatically.
• The site goes live only after the balance payment is received.
• You will be given the opportunity to review and request reasonable changes before the balance is charged.
• We aim to deliver completed sites within 24 hours of receiving your brief and all required content. Delays caused by late content provision are not our responsibility.
• Upon payment of the balance, the website content and design are yours. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

The monthly care plan (£29/month)

• The monthly plan is set up automatically at the point of balance payment via a Stripe subscription.
• It covers hosting, domain management, small content updates (up to 30 minutes per month), and ongoing visibility maintenance.
• Larger changes or redesigns are quoted separately.
• There is no contract — cancel at any time by emailing hello@welaunchd.com. Your site remains live until the end of the paid period.
• On cancellation, all website files and the domain will be transferred to you within 14 days of your final payment.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details. The £99 deposit is charged via a payment link at the start. The balance and monthly subscription are charged together via a second payment link on approval.

What we don’t guarantee

We build sites optimised to rank well on Google and AI search tools, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, positions or AI recommendations. Search and AI results are determined by third parties and change regularly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
